Soak the soya granuals 15 min. Squeeze water add some water and boil it .
After cooling squeez the water in granuals put in mixing bowl add boiled mashed potato salt, black pepper , spice piwder2, ginger garlic paste , chilli n roasted besan mix well.
Now burn the coal n when it is ready take a foil paper make like bowl n put on top of kabab mixture and add ghee n cover immediately with any lid for 10 min.
Now take out the caol n foil paper mix the mixture.
Take a seek nmake serk kabab like picture.
Now hot the nonstick pan n add oil grill all kabab untill get crispy all sides.
Serve with mint coriander chutney and lemon onion rings.
