Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 50 gms sweet rice flour


  • 1 tbsp sugar


  • 30 ml water or slightly more


  • 50 gms red bean paste


  • 2 tbsp toasted white sesame seeds (it's optional we can use without roasted )


  • 100 gms red beans


  • 1/2 cups sugar

Directions

  • Red Bean paste:Soak red beans at night in water.
  • In the morning (or after7-8hours) wash it again and boil them.
  • When they are boiled proper take sieve and throw water.
  • Now grind beans put it in a pan on gas and add powdered sugar in it. Stir them until it reached solid but soft dough stage.
  • Rice flour balls : Take rice flour in plate,make space in center kneed it with the help of v.less water (not to soft or too firm mix until all flour moistened).
  • Rub sesame oil on hands and make a dough.
  • Roll it in cylendrical shape & cut it in pcs.
  • Cover it and close the ball delicately.
  • Slightly dampen each ball and coat it with sesame seeds.
  • Heat the oil andfry it(4-5 min.) first at low heatafter that turn heat high
  • Ready to serve.
