Red Bean paste:Soak red beans at night in water.
In the morning (or after7-8hours) wash it again and boil them.
When they are boiled proper take sieve and throw water.
Now grind beans put it in a pan on gas and add powdered sugar in it. Stir them until it reached solid but soft dough stage.
Rice flour balls : Take rice flour in plate,make space in center kneed it with the help of v.less water (not to soft or too firm mix until all flour moistened).
Rub sesame oil on hands and make a dough.
Roll it in cylendrical shape & cut it in pcs.
Cover it and close the ball delicately.
Slightly dampen each ball and coat it with sesame seeds.
Heat the oil andfry it(4-5 min.) first at low heatafter that turn heat high
Ready to serve.
