  • 2 litre milk

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1/4 cups sugar

  • 1 tsp cardamom powder

  • 1 tbsp rose syrup

  • 3-4 drop pink colour

  • 1 tsp desi ghee


  • Heat 1 litre of milk in a pan and boil
  • Add lemon juice in milk to curdle
  • After a minute it will curdle
  • Strain the Paneer and wash under running water so that lemon juice gets completely drained out
  • Boil the other 1 litre of milk in a pan and reduce on slow heat till it is thick
  • Add sugar , cardamom powder and the crumbled fresh paneer
  • Grease a square dish with ghee evenly
  • Pour half the quantity of Rabdi in the dish and chill for half an hour
  • In the other left Rabdi add rose syrup and pink colour
  • Pour on the cooled Rabdi
  • Sprinkle with almond and pista flakes
  • Serve chilled
