Ingredients

Serves 12

  • Milk 2 litre

  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp

  • Sugar 1/4 cups

  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp

  • Rose syrup 1 tbsp

  • Pink colour 3-4 drop

  • Desi ghee 1 tsp

Directions

    Heat 1 litre of milk in a pan and boil

  • 02

    Add lemon juice in milk to curdle

  • 03

    After a minute it will curdle

  • 04

    Strain the Paneer and wash under running water so that lemon juice gets completely drained out

  • 05

    Boil the other 1 litre of milk in a pan and reduce on slow heat till it is thick

    Add sugar , cardamom powder and the crumbled fresh paneer

  • 07

    Grease a square dish with ghee evenly

  • 08

    Pour half the quantity of Rabdi in the dish and chill for half an hour

  • 09

    In the other left Rabdi add rose syrup and pink colour

  • 10

    Pour on the cooled Rabdi

  • 11

    Sprinkle with almond and pista flakes

  • 12

    Serve chilled
