full cream milk 2 1/2 litre
vinegar 3-4 tbsp
condensed milk 400 ml
cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
milk powder 1/2 cups
beetroot puree 2 tbsp
white chocolate 2 tbsp
cocoa powder 2 tbsp
chopped almonds 1 tbsp
chopped pistachios 1 tbsp
Boil milk in a big pan.
Add 3-4 tbsp vinegar and mix till paneer separates from whey.
Sieve the paneer in a muslin cloth and hang it for half an hour.
Add paneer,milk powder, condensed milk and cardamom powder to a big wok.
Stir it on low flame for 15-20 mins till it starts leaving the sides of the wok.
Divide this mix in 3 parts.
To one part add beetroot puree and stir on low flame for 1-2 mins..
To the second part,add grated white chocolate and stir on low flame for 1-2 mins till the chocolate melts.
To the third part add cocoa powder and stir it for 1-2 mins .
Line a tin with parchment paper and spread the first part with beetroot puree lowest.
Above this put the white chocolate part and spread it to cover .
On the top,spread the part with cocoa powder.
Sprinkle chopped almonds and pistachios on top.
Let it cool and set then cut into desired shapes and pieces.
