Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/2 kgs cauliflower( chopped)


  • 3 nos potatoes( chopped)


  • 3 nos green chillies chopped


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp dhania powder


  • 2 tbsp green corriander leaves


  • 1/2 tsp garam-masalla


  • 1 tsp mustard oil( burnt)

Directions

  • First of all switch on gas and keep pan on it with oil when it becomes v.hot then put chopped ginger, jeera in it.
  • Now put washed and chopped Cauliflower and potatoes in it let them fry, stir it after a minute.
  • Then put all spices in it sim the flame and cover it with lid for 5 minutes.
  • Stir it again cover it for 5 min. more.Wait for 5 minutes put Garam-Masalla and chopped coriander leaves and mix it.
  • Your vegetable is ready to serve , garnish it and serve it in your style.
