Ingredients

  • 6 piece mushrooms


  • 2 nos rectangular pc.paneer


  • 1 nos green capsicum diced


  • 2 nos tomatoes diced


  • Tomatoes diced 1 nos


  • 100 gms curd


  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp dhania powder


  • 1/2 tsp jeera powder


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 2 tbsp besan


  • 2 tbsp refined oil for roasting on tawa

Directions

  • Wash Mushrooms properly in water v.softly
  • Take a big bowl put all ingredients of spices in it and make a soft paste with 1/2 tsp of oil.
  • Now mix all diced vegetables, paneer and mushroom with Ginger-Garlic paste softly& keep it in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Take skewers and place those pieces in it one by one.
  • Switch on gas place Tawa on it with little oil when it becomes hot then put loaded Skewers on it.
  • Now take serving tray place Roasted Tikka skewers on it, garnish it in your style and they are ready to serve with lovely aroma.
