Baby Brinjals (cut lengthwise) 5 nos
Baigan Aaloo Sabzi with Dahi Besan: 3 nos
Onion (chopped) 1 nos
Tomato (chopped) 1 nos
Fenugreek, Mustard and Cummin seeds 1 tsp
Curry Leaves (chopped) 8-10 nos
Salt 1 pinch
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Gramflour mixed with 1/4 cup Yogurt and 1/2 cup Water 2 tbsp
Sabzi Masala 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli (chopped) 1 nos
braise onion in 4 tbsp oil til pinkish color add garlic, curry leaves, green chillies, fenugreek, cummin and mustard seeds let it splutter do stir....
add tomato and saute add spices and salt and mix well....
add potatoes and little water then cook till all most done add brinjals and simmer then addgramflour yogurt mixture and keep high flame mix cautiously and when it dries a little keep off flame...
garnish with chopped corriander leaves
