Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 5 nos baby brinjals (cut lengthwise)


  • 3 nos baigan aaloo sabzi with dahi besan:


  • 1 nos onion (chopped)


  • 1 nos tomato (chopped)


  • 1 tsp fenugreek, mustard and cummin seeds


  • 8-10 nos curry leaves (chopped)


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste


  • 2 tbsp gramflour mixed with 1/4 cup yogurt and 1/2 cup water


  • 1/2 tsp sabzi masala


  • 1 nos green chilli (chopped)

Directions

  • braise onion in 4 tbsp oil til pinkish color add garlic, curry leaves, green chillies, fenugreek, cummin and mustard seeds let it splutter do stir....
  • add tomato and saute add spices and salt and mix well....
  • add potatoes and little water then cook till all most done add brinjals and simmer then addgramflour yogurt mixture and keep high flame mix cautiously and when it dries a little keep off flame...
  • garnish with chopped corriander leaves
