Ingredients

  • Baby Brinjals (cut lengthwise) 5 nos

  • Baigan Aaloo Sabzi with Dahi Besan: 3 nos

  • Onion (chopped) 1 nos

  • Tomato (chopped) 1 nos

  • Fenugreek, Mustard and Cummin seeds 1 tsp

  • Curry Leaves (chopped) 8-10 nos

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Chilli powder 1/2 tsp

  • Garlic paste 1/2 tsp

  • Gramflour mixed with 1/4 cup Yogurt and 1/2 cup Water 2 tbsp

  • Sabzi Masala 1/2 tsp

  • Green Chilli (chopped) 1 nos

Directions

    braise onion in 4 tbsp oil til pinkish color add garlic, curry leaves, green chillies, fenugreek, cummin and mustard seeds let it splutter do stir....

    add tomato and saute add spices and salt and mix well....

    add potatoes and little water then cook till all most done add brinjals and simmer then addgramflour yogurt mixture and keep high flame mix cautiously and when it dries a little keep off flame...

    garnish with chopped corriander leaves
