  • 400 gms milkmaid

  • 250 gms milk powder

  • 2-3 tsp pure ghee

  • 2 pinch saffron

  • 1/8 tsp saffron colour

  • 1/2 tsp kewra jal


  • Out the kadhai on flame add 2 spoon ghee now milkmaid and milk powder stir continues.
  • Add saffron, colour and kewra jal mix with spatula cook the mixture until get thick like semi dough from switch off the flame.
  • Turn out the mixture in plate when mixture normal cool apply some ghee on ur palm and knead the mixture until mixture smooth n glossy.
  • Make small size peda and grnish with pistachio .
  • Serve it .
