Out the kadhai on flame add 2 spoon ghee now milkmaid and milk powder stir continues.
Add saffron, colour and kewra jal mix with spatula cook the mixture until get thick like semi dough from switch off the flame.
Turn out the mixture in plate when mixture normal cool apply some ghee on ur palm and knead the mixture until mixture smooth n glossy.
Make small size peda and grnish with pistachio .
