  • 4 nos tomatoes (chopped)


  • 8-10 nos curry leaves


  • 8-10 nos mustard seeds


  • 5-6 nos garlic cloves (crushed)


  • 2 tbsp tomato puree


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 10-12 tsp chilli powder


  • 1 pinch turmeric powder


  • 1/4 tsp sabzi masala


  • 1 piece tamarind

Directions

  • Boil potatoes wid peels wen done peel off n cut in cubes...
  • Mek vaghar of mustard seeds, garlic n curry leaves as it splutters add tomatoes, tamarind, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt n tomato puree n braise til paste like
  • add lil water n potatoes n boil once...
  • remuv from flame n garnish wid corriander leaves
