8-10 nos curry leaves
8-10 nos mustard seeds
5-6 nos garlic cloves (crushed)
2 tbsp tomato puree
1 pinch salt
10-12 tsp chilli powder
1 pinch turmeric powder
1/4 tsp sabzi masala
1 piece tamarind

Boil potatoes wid peels wen done peel off n cut in cubes...
Mek vaghar of mustard seeds, garlic n curry leaves as it splutters add tomatoes, tamarind, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt n tomato puree n braise til paste like
add lil water n potatoes n boil once...
remuv from flame n garnish wid corriander leaves
