  • potatoes 1 kgs

  • Tomatoes (chopped) 4 nos

  • Curry Leaves 8-10 nos

  • Mustard seeds 8-10 nos

  • Garlic Cloves (crushed) 5-6 nos

  • Tomato Puree 2 tbsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Chilli Powder 10-12 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1 pinch

  • Sabzi Masala 1/4 tsp

  • Tamarind 1 piece

    Boil potatoes wid peels wen done peel off n cut in cubes...

    Mek vaghar of mustard seeds, garlic n curry leaves as it splutters add tomatoes, tamarind, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt n tomato puree n braise til paste like

    add lil water n potatoes n boil once...

    remuv from flame n garnish wid corriander leaves
