Remove the stem of methi n collect only leaf . add some salt keep aside about 10-15min.
Now prepare the homemade spice so roast the ingredients of homemade spice and grind make fine powder in grinder.
Now wash the methi leaf 2-3 time and squeez the water for removing bitterness of methi.
Now boil the chop onion , cashewnut, ginger and chilli.
Grind the boiled onion mix with garlic n make fine paste.
Now hot the 2 tbsp oil in pan and saute the methi leafs turn out in plate.
Now in same pan add 2 tbsp oil add onion paste and roast about 4-5min. add sabji masala, 1/2 tsp homemade spice powder and pinch of turmeric and roast it.
Now add frozen peas add salt n sugar cook 4-5min.
Add saute methi leafs n cook 2-3 min. more.
Now add milk and boil it add fresh whisk malai cook 5-7 min. Switch off the flame.
Serve in serving bowl.
