Ingredients

Serves 12

  • Besan / Gram Flour: 1 cups

  • Rava: 1 cups

  • Ghee: 1/2 cups

  • Sugar: 1/2 cups

  • Cardamom powder: 1 tsp

Directions

    Heat a pan, add melted ghee. Do not overheat ghee.

    Add besan, keep stirring for 10 to 15 mins till the raw smell goes off.

  • 03

    Add Rava and saute for another 10 mins and it starts turning brown.

  • 04

    Finally add sugar and cardamom powder and toss for 5 mins.

  • 05

    Remove from flame and let it cool for 5 mins.

  • 06

    Grease your palms with ghee and mould ladoos with your hands.

    Store in air tight container.
