Ingredients

Serves : 12
  • 1 cups besan / gram flour:


  • 1 cups rava:


  • 1/2 cups ghee:


  • 1/2 cups sugar:


  • 1 tsp cardamom powder:

Directions

  • Heat a pan, add melted ghee. Do not overheat ghee.
  • Add besan, keep stirring for 10 to 15 mins till the raw smell goes off.
  • Add Rava and saute for another 10 mins and it starts turning brown.
  • Finally add sugar and cardamom powder and toss for 5 mins.
  • Remove from flame and let it cool for 5 mins.
  • Grease your palms with ghee and mould ladoos with your hands.
  • Store in air tight container.
