Ingredients

200 gms makhana/fox nut
1/2 tsp roasted jeera powder
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
1/ tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp mint powder
1/2 tsp chaat masala
1 tsp olive oil
Directions
Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan and add roasted jeera powder, black pepper powder , chaat masala and salt.
Add half of the makhane/ fox nuts and stir fry for 5 minutes on a medium to low flame until they become crisp and the spices are well coated.
The crispy and crunchy flavoured makhane are ready to serve.
Similarly repeat the same procedure with the rest of the makhane.
This time add the mint powder, black pepper powder and salt and sauté well for 5 minutes so that all the makhane are well coated with the spices.
Switch off the flame and let them cool down to the room temperature.
Store in an air tight container and consume as and when required.
