Ingredients

1 cups chickpeas/chhole
3 cups water
1/2 cups sugar or as per taste
1 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 cups mava/khoya
1/4 cups ghee/clarified butter
2 nos wark sheets
2 tbsp chopped almonds
Directions
soak chickpeas in water for 7-8hours;after 7-8hours remove extra water
grind soaked chickpeas to a coarse paste
heat ghee in a pan add paste of chickpeas in it and cook for 4-5minutes
when mixture changed its color and raw smell of chickpeas is goes off and mava and sugar mix well and cook for another few minutes
when sugar get melted completly and mixture is combined add cardamom powder mix well and switch off the flame remove mixture in a vessel
add chopped almonds in it
prepare laddoos from this mixture garnish with silver warak and serve
