In a tawa dry roast 3 cup thin poha on medium flame.
When poha turns crisp remove it and keep aside.Now heat 2 tbsp oil in kadai and roast peanuts to golden crush.
Roast curry leaves , dry coconut on low flame and keep aside.
Add mustard seeds, cumin, hing, red chillies and curry leaves.
Add chana dal and saute.
now add turmeric powder, sugar and salt as per taste.
Finaly add roasted poha and mix gently without breaking it.
Finaly serve chivda or store in airtight container.
