Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 3 cups thin poha


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1/3 cups peanuts


  • 2 tbsp gram dal


  • 2 tbsp dry coconut chopped


  • 1 tsp mustard


  • 10 nos curry leaves


  • 1 tsp cumin


  • 2 nos dried red chilli broken


  • 1 tsp sugar


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 pinch hing


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp chana dal

Directions

  • In a tawa dry roast 3 cup thin poha on medium flame.
  • When poha turns crisp remove it and keep aside.Now heat 2 tbsp oil in kadai and roast peanuts to golden crush.
  • Roast curry leaves , dry coconut on low flame and keep aside.
  • Add mustard seeds, cumin, hing, red chillies and curry leaves.
  • Add chana dal and saute.
  • now add turmeric powder, sugar and salt as per taste.
  • Finaly add roasted poha and mix gently without breaking it.
  • Finaly serve chivda or store in airtight container.
