Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 80 gms for gulabjamun- khoya


  • 1/4 tsp baking soda


  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1 cups for syrup- sagar


  • 3/4 cups water


  • 1 cups ghee to fry


  • 1/4 cups for mava tart - milk


  • 1 cups milk powder


  • 1/4 cups powdered sugar


  • 1/4 cups ghee


  • 1/4 tsp red and yellow food color


  • 1 tbsp chocolate syrap


  • 1 tsp for garnishing- chopped almonds and pistachios

Directions

  • In a deep pan boil water with sugar on high flame.
  • When it comes to rolling boil ad cardamom powder and cook on medium flame till syrup is sticky.
  • Stirr Occationally and switch off the flame.
  • Now crumble khoya with adding baking soda,Mix well
  • Now make a soft dough using 1 or two tsp of milk (if needed)
  • Grease your hand and make smooth surfaced balls.There should be no cracks.
  • Fry the balls on low to medium heat till brown and take on kitchen napkin.
  • Let it rest for 5 minute. Mean while warm the sugar syrup.
  • Now drop balls in warm sugar syrup.Soak them for at least 1 to 2 hour.
  • To make mava tart heat ghee in pan ,when heated add milk and cook till 5 minutes with continued stirring.
  • Loe the flame anf gradually add milk power,keep stirring.
  • When moisture absorbed add powdered sugar to it, keep stirring till 5 to7 minutes ,switch off the flame and let it cool.
  • Make three equal parts out if it, mix ted color in one part, add red and yellow color mix in second part and add chocolate syrup in third part.
  • Grease cup cake liner ,fill this mixture tightly , press thd middle part,to fill gulabjamuns, let it chill infreezer for 10 minutes.
  • After 20 minutes take out ftom freezer ,fill gulabjamun in the middle part, garnidh with nuts and serve chilled.
