besan / gram flour 2 cups
sugar 1 1/4 cups
cardamom powder 1 tsp
ghee 1/2 cups
Powder the sugar.
Heat ghee and add flour, stir well .
On a medium flame roast until besan turns aromatic and gets dark golden colour.
When ghee begins to separate remove it from the pan and let it cool a little bit.
Add powdered sugar, cardamom powder and mix well.
Grease hand and make ladoo's. ( If the mixture is dry add more ghee so that the flour can bind well)
Serve as you like and store in an airtight container.
