Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups maida (all purpose flour)


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1/4 tsp soda bicarbonate


  • 3 tbsp yogurt


  • 5 nos filling: potatoes (boiled n mashed)


  • 3 nos green chillies (pounded)


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp chilli powder


  • 5-6 nos garlic cloves (crushed)


  • 1/4 cups corriander leaves (chopped)


  • 1/4 tsp carrom seeds (roasted)


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

Directions

  • bind wid water to soft roti dough, beat til its softer.... cover n kip aside for hlf n hour.
  • Filling:mix all together well n mek 8-9 balls...
  • Method:Mek 8-9 balls of dough, roll each into puri fill in de potato ball n cover like daal kachori, kip aside til ol done
  • Kip de tava on de flame, wen its hot kip on med flame... put lil black sesame n few chopped corriander leaves on each kachori n
  • press slightly den roll each flattened kachori into triangle o oblong naan... on de plain side apply water wid brush den put de water applied part on tava, press ev where wid finger as in giving dents apart away...
  • wen one side done turn de tava on flame to cook de oder side..
  • remuv on platter apply 1 tsp ghee....
