Ingredients

Serves 6

  • wheat flour 1 cups

  • powdered sugar 3/4 cups

  • cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

  • cloves 2 nos

  • ghee 1/2 cups

  • raisins 1 tsp

  • assorted nuts for decoration 3 tsp

Directions

    Heat a tsp of ghee and fry cloves. Add wheat flour add fry on a very low flame for 10 minutes. keep stirring it.

    Add sugar and fry for 5 minutes. Add cardamom powder and raisins.

  • 03

    Add remaining ghee and cool it a little bit. (Ladoo should be made when mixtureis little hot)

  • 04

    Make ladoo's and store it in an airtight container.

    serve as you like.
