Ingredients

  • Gram flour 1 1/2 cups

  • All purpose flour 1 1/2 cups

  • Oil 2-3 cups

  • Salt 2 tsp

  • Nigella seeds 1 tsp

  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • Carrom seeds 1 tsp

Directions

  • 01

    Make 2 separate dough.in one add gramflour red chilli powder salt and carrom seeds and make besan papdis

  • 02

    In second one add all purpose flour salt nigella seeds little oil to make maida papdi

  • 03

    Heat oil in a kadai

  • 04

    Fry papdis till crispy

  • 05

    Keep it in airtight container and keep it for the future use
