Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 1/2 cups gram flour


  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour


  • 2-3 cups oil


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp nigella seeds


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp carrom seeds

Directions

  • Make 2 separate dough.in one add gramflour red chilli powder salt and carrom seeds and make besan papdis
  • In second one add all purpose flour salt nigella seeds little oil to make maida papdi
  • Heat oil in a kadai
  • Fry papdis till crispy
  • Keep it in airtight container and keep it for the future use
