  • 1 cups hung curd

  • 1/2 cups finely chopped bell peppers

  • 1 nos small onion finely chopped

  • 1/2 tsp salt to taste

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder to taste

  • 1 tsp ginger paste

  • 5 tbsp rice flour

  • 1-2 cups oil for frying


  • In a mixing bowl take hung curd, bell peppers and onion.
  • Add all the spices and ginger paste and 3 tablespoon of rice flour.
  • Take a small portion of the mixture and shape into balls (pops) / small discs / cylinder (Your choice).
  • Roll it in rice flour and deep fry.
  • Serve with masala Yogurt or dip of your choice.
