1 cups hung curd
1/2 cups finely chopped bell peppers
1 nos small onion finely chopped
1/2 tsp salt to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper powder to taste
1 tsp ginger paste
5 tbsp rice flour
1-2 cups oil for frying
Directions
In a mixing bowl take hung curd, bell peppers and onion.
Add all the spices and ginger paste and 3 tablespoon of rice flour.
Take a small portion of the mixture and shape into balls (pops) / small discs / cylinder (Your choice).
Roll it in rice flour and deep fry.
Serve with masala Yogurt or dip of your choice.
