hung curd 1 cups
finely chopped bell peppers 1/2 cups
small onion finely chopped 1 nos
Salt to taste 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder to taste 1/4 tsp
ginger paste 1 tsp
rice flour 5 tbsp
Oil for frying 1-2 cups
In a mixing bowl take hung curd, bell peppers and onion.
Add all the spices and ginger paste and 3 tablespoon of rice flour.
Take a small portion of the mixture and shape into balls (pops) / small discs / cylinder (Your choice).
Roll it in rice flour and deep fry.
Serve with masala Yogurt or dip of your choice.
