Ingredients

Serves 10

  • hung curd 1 cups

  • finely chopped bell peppers 1/2 cups

  • small onion finely chopped 1 nos

  • Salt to taste 1/2 tsp

  • Black pepper powder to taste 1/4 tsp

  • ginger paste 1 tsp

  • rice flour 5 tbsp

  • Oil for frying 1-2 cups

Directions

    In a mixing bowl take hung curd, bell peppers and onion.

    Add all the spices and ginger paste and 3 tablespoon of rice flour.

  • 03

    Take a small portion of the mixture and shape into balls (pops) / small discs / cylinder (Your choice).

    Roll it in rice flour and deep fry.

  • 05

    Serve with masala Yogurt or dip of your choice.
