1/2 kgs beef mincemeat (kheema)
2 nos onions (chopped)
3 nos tomatoes (chopped)
1 pinch salt (as required)
1 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cummin powder
1 tsp whole garam masala (2 cinnamon sticks, 4 cloves, 2 cardamon and 1 tsp cummin powder)
1 tbsp ginger/garlic paste
1 tbsp tomato puree
1 nos potato (cubbed)
1 nos capsicum (halved and de seeded)
1/2 cups green peas
Directions
In A Pan Braise Onions With 5 Tablespoon Of Oil Till Its Browned Up
Add Mince Meat And Peas Then Saute Till All Water Dried Up, Add Tomatoes, Potatoes And All Spices Braise On Low Flame Till All Tomatoes Mashed Up
Fill Halved Capsicum With Mince Meat And Place In Pan Sprinkle Garam Masala Then Simmer.
Garnish With Chopped Green Chillies And Corriander Leaves.
