Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1/2 kgs beef mincemeat (kheema)


  • 2 nos onions (chopped)


  • 3 nos tomatoes (chopped)


  • 1 pinch salt (as required)


  • 1 tsp chilli powder


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp cummin powder


  • 1 tsp whole garam masala (2 cinnamon sticks, 4 cloves, 2 cardamon and 1 tsp cummin powder)


  • 1 tbsp ginger/garlic paste


  • 1 tbsp tomato puree


  • 1 nos potato (cubbed)


  • 1 nos capsicum (halved and de seeded)


  • 1/2 cups green peas

Directions

  • In A Pan Braise Onions With 5 Tablespoon Of Oil Till Its Browned Up
  • Add Mince Meat And Peas Then Saute Till All Water Dried Up, Add Tomatoes, Potatoes And All Spices Braise On Low Flame Till All Tomatoes Mashed Up
  • Fill Halved Capsicum With Mince Meat And Place In Pan Sprinkle Garam Masala Then Simmer.
  • Garnish With Chopped Green Chillies And Corriander Leaves.
