Ingredients

Serves 5

  • Beef Mincemeat (Kheema) 1/2 kgs

  • Onions (chopped) 2 nos

  • Tomatoes (chopped) 3 nos

  • Salt (as required) 1 pinch

  • Chilli powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Garam masala 1 tsp

  • Cummin powder 1 tsp

  • Whole Garam masala (2 Cinnamon sticks, 4 Cloves, 2 Cardamon and 1 tsp Cummin powder) 1 tsp

  • Ginger/Garlic paste 1 tbsp

  • Tomato Puree 1 tbsp

  • Potato (Cubbed) 1 nos

  • Capsicum (Halved And De Seeded) 1 nos

  • green peas 1/2 cups

Directions

    In A Pan Braise Onions With 5 Tablespoon Of Oil Till Its Browned Up

    Add Mince Meat And Peas Then Saute Till All Water Dried Up, Add Tomatoes, Potatoes And All Spices Braise On Low Flame Till All Tomatoes Mashed Up

    Fill Halved Capsicum With Mince Meat And Place In Pan Sprinkle Garam Masala Then Simmer.

    Garnish With Chopped Green Chillies And Corriander Leaves.
