Ingredients

  • Capsicum (cubed) 2 nos

  • Potatoes (cubed) 2 nos

  • Cauliflower (florets) 1 nos

  • green peas 1/2 cups

  • chopped French Beans 1 cups

  • tomatoes (chopped) 2 nos

  • Onion (chopped) 1 nos

  • Few Curry leaves 8-10 nos

  • Cummim seeds 1/2 tsp

  • Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp

  • Chilli powder 1 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Cummin Corriander Masala 1/2 tsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • Lemon Juice 1 tsp

  • Fenugreek Seeds 1/4 tsp

Directions

    Braise Onion Till Browned Up Add Cummin Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Mustard Seeds And Curry Leaves Let It Splutter Add Tomatoes And All Spices.

    Make Paste Like Add Peas And Little Water And Cook Till Almost Done Add Potatoes And Lower Flame, Cover It.

    When Potatoes And Peas Done Add The Rest Of Veggies And Simmer Till Done And Dried Up. When Done Garnish With Chopped Chillies And Corriander Leaves.

    NB: Can Add Brinjals, Brocolli Or Carrots Too
