Ingredients

Serves : 8
  • 2 nos capsicum (cubed)


  • 2 nos potatoes (cubed)


  • 1 nos cauliflower (florets)


  • 1/2 cups green peas


  • 1 cups chopped french beans


  • 2 nos tomatoes (chopped)


  • 1 nos onion (chopped)


  • 8-10 nos few curry leaves


  • 1/2 tsp cummim seeds


  • 1/4 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1 tsp chilli powder


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tsp cummin corriander masala


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds

Directions

  • Braise Onion Till Browned Up Add Cummin Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Mustard Seeds And Curry Leaves Let It Splutter Add Tomatoes And All Spices.
  • Make Paste Like Add Peas And Little Water And Cook Till Almost Done Add Potatoes And Lower Flame, Cover It.
  • When Potatoes And Peas Done Add The Rest Of Veggies And Simmer Till Done And Dried Up. When Done Garnish With Chopped Chillies And Corriander Leaves.
  • NB: Can Add Brinjals, Brocolli Or Carrots Too
