Ingredients

2 nos capsicum (cubed)
2 nos potatoes (cubed)
1 nos cauliflower (florets)
1/2 cups green peas
1 cups chopped french beans
2 nos tomatoes (chopped)
1 nos onion (chopped)
8-10 nos few curry leaves
1/2 tsp cummim seeds
1/4 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cummin corriander masala
1 pinch salt
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
Directions
Braise Onion Till Browned Up Add Cummin Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Mustard Seeds And Curry Leaves Let It Splutter Add Tomatoes And All Spices.
Make Paste Like Add Peas And Little Water And Cook Till Almost Done Add Potatoes And Lower Flame, Cover It.
When Potatoes And Peas Done Add The Rest Of Veggies And Simmer Till Done And Dried Up. When Done Garnish With Chopped Chillies And Corriander Leaves.
NB: Can Add Brinjals, Brocolli Or Carrots Too
