  • 1 cups soaked sabudana

  • 1/2 cups boiled mashed potato

  • 1/4 cups roasted crushed peanut

  • 1 tbsp green chili paste

  • 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves

  • 1 pinch salt to taste

  • 1 cups oil for frying


  • Take a large bowl and put sabudana, boiled potatoes, salt, peanuts ,green chili paste and chopped coriander and mix it well.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Make small balls from the prepared mixture.
  • Now make the small tikkiya.
  • Then put it in a pan and fry until it turns out golden brown.
  • After that remove it on paper towel.
  • Sabudana wada is ready serve hot with sauce or chutney.
