Sugar free Sathumaavu/ Healthmix Badushas are ready.
Health mix can withstand very little moisture and I didn’t use any additional liquid apart from ghee and yogurt while preparing the dough. While shaping badushas , be really very gentle as the dough is too light to handle . Tends to break easily . Before frying Badushas , make sure the oil is medium hot . Drop two baudshas and immediately Keep pushing hot oil on the badushas to avoid badushas breaking while frying .
