Ingredients

  • Raw banana 7-8


  • Split chickpea 1/2cup


  • Chickpea flour 3-3 tbsp


  • Salt 1 tsp(to taste)


  • Garam masala 1/2tsp


  • Green chilli 3-4fine chop


  • Onion 1-2 chop


  • Ginger grated 1 sp.


  • Garlic pod 8-10


  • Green coriander leaf 1/4cup


  • Oil 150 ml. For frying


  • Black salt 1/4 sp.


  • Turmeric 1/4sp.

Directions

  • Wash and Soak the split chickpea about 4-5hour.
  • Now boil the bananas in pressure coojer about 2-3 whistle.
  • Other side drain the extra water of soaked split chickpea and grind in mixer with garlic n ginger without adding water make coarsly mixture.
  • Now peel the boiled banana n mash add chickpea mixture , chop chili, onion, coriande leaf, salt, garam masala turmeric and chickpea flour mix well .
  • Now make flat kabab.
  • Heat the oil in kadhai and deep fry all the kababs.
