Ingredients

Raw banana 7-8
Split chickpea 1/2cup
Chickpea flour 3-3 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp(to taste)
Garam masala 1/2tsp
Green chilli 3-4fine chop
Onion 1-2 chop
Ginger grated 1 sp.
Garlic pod 8-10
Green coriander leaf 1/4cup
Oil 150 ml. For frying
Black salt 1/4 sp.
Turmeric 1/4sp.
Directions
Wash and Soak the split chickpea about 4-5hour.
Now boil the bananas in pressure coojer about 2-3 whistle.
Other side drain the extra water of soaked split chickpea and grind in mixer with garlic n ginger without adding water make coarsly mixture.
Now peel the boiled banana n mash add chickpea mixture , chop chili, onion, coriande leaf, salt, garam masala turmeric and chickpea flour mix well .
Now make flat kabab.
Heat the oil in kadhai and deep fry all the kababs.
