Onion 3 large
Tomato 2 medium
Garam masala 1/2sp.
Dhaniya powder 1sp.
Kashmiri mirch powder 1tsp
Kasoori methi 1sp.
Put the deep pan on flame add water and 1sp salt add egg n boil about 10-12min.
Other side peel the onion n garlic wash it .
Now chop the onion, Tomato, garlic, chilli and ginger pressure cook about 1-2whistle.
When onion tomato mix get cool grind it n make fine paste.
Peel the boiled egg and cut in half like picture.
Now take a wide pan add 3-4tbsp oil and fry all eggs but carefully.
Now add 1-2tbsp oil more add bay leaf now add onion tomato paste and cook 3-4 min.
Now add all spice powder in onion mix and roast on slow medium flame about 5-10min. Until spices left the oil .
Add salt n kasoori methi cook few min. more.
Add water for gravy and cook again when boil get start after few minutes add fried egg lastly add pinch of garam masala switch off the flame.
Serve with rumali roti.
