  • 1 cup tinned corn( grind half corn in a grinder and keep rest as whole kernels)

  • 2 potatoes boiled and grated

  • 1 onion chopped

  • 2-3 green chilli chopped

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander

  • 1/2 tbsp chopped mint

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala

  • 2-3 tbsp roasted besan

  • 1 lemon juice

  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

  • 1 tsp salt and pepper


  • Mix potatoes and corn kernels together and grind well. Add onions, ginger garlic paste, green chilli, garam masala, coriander leaves, mint, salt and pepper. Also add roasted besan and lemon juice to it and mix well.
  • Shape into kebabs. Wet kebabs with milk and coat with dry crumbs.
  • Preheat oxy fryer for 5 minutes at 180c,Arrange this kebabs in fry basket and close it properly. Keep it at 180c for 25 minutes. Turn the kebabs over in between to cook uniformly. Sprinkle some chat masala on hot kebabs. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or dahi pudina chutney.
