Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Flour 1.5 cups

  • whole wheat flour 1.5 cups

  • salt 1 teaspoon

  • milk 1 cup

  • Yeast 1 tablespoon

  • sugar 1/3 cup

  • Butter 4 tbsp

  • milk powder 1/4cup

  • FOR FILLING 1

  • brown sugar 1/4 cup

  • butter 2 tablespoons

  • coffee powder 1 teaspoon

Directions

    first let's take the Yeast and Bloom it

    In a cup add the yeast, 1 tbsp sugar and add 2 tbsp warm milk and whisk it

  • 03

    let the Yeast Bloom it will take 10 minutes

  • 04

    take both the flour, add the milk powder and the remaining sugar ,the salt and butter

    once the yeast has bloomed, add it gradually to the flours along with the milk

    At First the dough will be very sticky keep kneading the dough

    once the dough is pliable, oil it and let it rise. may take 1 hr

    take dough will take one hour to rise

    Punch the dough and start to roll it

  • 10

    Spread the butter, sprinkle the brown sugar and the coffee pwdr.

    Cut and roll the buns and place them on the baking tray

  • 12

    Let them rise again for 30 min

  • 13

    Bake them in a preheated oven at 180 D c for 20 to 25 min

  • 14

    Enjoy them warm
