for the base grind the digestive biscuits along with the butter
arrange the grinded biscuit powder in a springform pan
take the Hung curd, the cottage cheese, the elaichi powder and sugar and whisk well so no lumps are formed
Spread half of the cheese mixture over the biscuit base
take the boondi ladoos and crumble them over the cheese mixture
spread remaining cheese mixture over the boondi laddu
Garnish with silvered pistachios and rose buds and mini Boondi laddoo
