  • Digestive biscuits 15 to 20


  • Butter 2 tbsp


  • Cottage cheese 250grms


  • Hungriest 200 grms


  • Sugar 1/4 cup


  • Elachi pwdr 1 tbsp


  • 8 to 10 boondi laddu


  • pistachio silver 1 tables spoon

Directions

  • for the base grind the digestive biscuits along with the butter
  • arrange the grinded biscuit powder in a springform pan
  • take the Hung curd, the cottage cheese, the elaichi powder and sugar and whisk well so no lumps are formed
  • Spread half of the cheese mixture over the biscuit base
  • take the boondi ladoos and crumble them over the cheese mixture
  • spread remaining cheese mixture over the boondi laddu
  • Garnish with silvered pistachios and rose buds and mini Boondi laddoo
