Make sugar syrup add sugar n water in a pan and boil it add green cardamom powder and make 2 thread consistency syrup off the flame keep aside.
Now prepare the dough take maida in a bowl add ghee and rub.with ur finger and palm nicely now add water and make a dough . Cover the dough with muslin cloth and keep aside about 10-20min.
For stuffing- deseed the date n chopp.
Put a pan on flame add ghee add chop date and roast untill they become soft and mashy now add mawa and roast it add sugar n almond powder ix well switch off the flame lastly add nutmeg powder n mix well. Now cool down the stuffing.
Now start to make potli take dough make small size dough make small n thin poori put 1/2sp of mixture in center and make potli.
Make all potli like that.
Now hot the oil in kadhai and deep fry all the potli on medium flame until turn golden n crispy.
Now soak all potlies in warm sugar syrup about 20 min.
Garnish with pista slices.
