Firstly boil the milk in pan add lemon juice when milk curdle switch off the flame .
Strain the water and collect chenna in bowl.
Now put the chenna in a nonstick pan, switch on the flame than add sugar and roast it.
Now add milkmaid and stir continues ehen mixture getting thick add cardamom powder and milk powder mix well cook the mixture untill get thick. Switch off the flame.
Grease the plate and spread the mixture evenly sprinkle pista slice keep aside for kalakand get set.
Now cut the kalakand and serve .
