  • Milk 750ml.

  • Sugar 1/2cup

  • Milk powder 4 tsp

  • Milkmaid 1 cup

  • Green cardamom powder 1tsp

  • Pista 2 sp for garnish

  • Ghee 1 sp


  • Firstly boil the milk in pan add lemon juice when milk curdle switch off the flame .
  • Strain the water and collect chenna in bowl.
  • Now put the chenna in a nonstick pan, switch on the flame than add sugar and roast it.
  • Now add milkmaid and stir continues ehen mixture getting thick add cardamom powder and milk powder mix well cook the mixture untill get thick. Switch off the flame.
  • Grease the plate and spread the mixture evenly sprinkle pista slice keep aside for kalakand get set.
  • Now cut the kalakand and serve .
