1 cup crushed cornflakes mixed with salt and red chilli powder
2 tbsp maida mixed with 1/3 cup water to make a thin paste
Boil milk with all veggies and seasoning. Then sprinkle Sunita slowly and keep stirring till thick and dry.
Grease a flat tray and pour the whole mix in it and shape to make 1/2” rectangle. Let it set for 5-7 minutes.
Cut into 1 1/2” inch squares. Dip the squares in maida paste and then coat with cornflakes.
Preheat oxy fryer for 5 minutes at 180c. Arrange fillets in fry basket and close it properly. Keep the fryer at 180c for 12-15 minutes. Turn over fillets in between to cook uniformly. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
