Ingredients

  • Semolina 1cup

  • 2tbs ghee for moyan

  • Milk 1/4 cup

  • Coco powder 2tbs

  • For filling - 100 gram Mawa

  • 1/2 cup Chopped cashew, almond, pistachio, kismis

  • 1/4 cup Dark chocolate

  • 1/4 cup Desicated coconut

  • as needed Ghee for frying 1cup

  • 2 tbsp ghee for moyan

Directions

    Take a half cup semolina add ghee and crumble it

    Add milk, knead a dough tight, rest it for a 20 minute

    Take 1/2 cup semolina add cocoa powder mix it well add ghee and crumble it

    Add milk and knead dough rest it for 20 minute

    Heat the pan add khoya roast it For a minute

    Add coconut, chopped dryfruit mix it well

    Add powdered sugar chocolate, mix it thoroughly

    Make a dough soft Make a small ball and roll it on a rolling pin

    roll a chocolate disc and white disc

    Fill the mixture of mava chocolate in the centre.
