Ingredients

For mutton gravy : boneless mutton 500 grams
Curd 1/2 cup
tomatoes 2
coriander leaves 1 bunch
mint leaves 1 bunch
Cardamom 2
Cloves 2
cinnamon 1 inch piece
ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
red chilli powder 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon garam masala 1 teaspoon
salt 1 teaspoon
oil 2 tablespoons
For frying : onions 2
Cashews 8
for making Daliya : crushed wheat 200 grams
masoor dal 2 tablespoon
toor dal 2 tablespoon
black grams 2 tablespoons
basmati rice 2 tablespoon
chana dal 2 tablespoon
water 5 glasses
For making haleem mixture : fried onions 1 cup
coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
mint leaves 1 /2 bunch
black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
Salt 3 teaspoon
For garnishing : Ghee 1 tablespoon
coriander and mint leaves 1 cup

Directions
in a frying pan add oil and fry chopped onions and cashews till golden brown. keep them aside
in another pan add oil when it is hot add cinnamon cloves cardamom and cumin seeds. Saute them for a while.
Add ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell goes.
Now add turmeric powder chopped tomatoes and saute till the tomatoes get tender.
now add salt red chilli powder Garam Masala mutton curd chopped coriander and mint leaves.
add two glasses of water and pressure cook till 5 whistles.
Allow it to cool. mash mutton along with the gravy
For making dalia add the lentils and rice and saute till golden brown
in another pan add crushed wheat sauted lentils and rice
Allow it to cool and grind the mixture nicely. Keep this aside.
To this dalia add mashed mutton chopped mint leaves coriander leaves half amount of fried onions salt and oil.
Mix and blend them.
Cook for about half an hour.
