Mixed Fruit Sandesh

  • 1/2 liter milk

  • 1 tbsp vinegar

  • 1/4 tbsp cardamom powder

  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar

  • 4 tbsp chopped fruits like pomegranate,apple,kiwi,plum, pineapple


  • Put milk in a pan and allow it to boil.
  • When it starts boiling add vinegar into it and switch off the flame.
  • Strain the chhena from the whey.
  • Mash it properly for about 10 minutes.
  • Then mix the cardamom powder and powdered sugar into it and mix it properly.
  • Heat a pan and allow the mixture to heat gently to evaporate excess water for 1-2 minute on low flame.
  • Then the chopped fruits and mix well.
  • Allow it to set in a plate in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
  • Then cut into small pieces . Now the mix fruit sandesh are now ready to serve and also store it in an airtight container for 2 days.
