Put milk in a pan and allow it to boil.
When it starts boiling add vinegar into it and switch off the flame.
Strain the chhena from the whey.
Mash it properly for about 10 minutes.
Then mix the cardamom powder and powdered sugar into it and mix it properly.
Heat a pan and allow the mixture to heat gently to evaporate excess water for 1-2 minute on low flame.
Then the chopped fruits and mix well.
Allow it to set in a plate in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
Then cut into small pieces . Now the mix fruit sandesh are now ready to serve and also store it in an airtight container for 2 days.
