maida (all purpose flour) or aata (wholemeal flour) 3 cups
salt 1 pinch
baking powder 1/2 tsp
chaat masala 1 pinch
oil 1 tbsp
Paste: ghee n oil (mix it) 1/2 cups
cornflour 3 tbsp
Mix them well and keep aside
Bind soft dough using the parathha ingredients with warm water.... make 7 balls then roll each and apply paste on it then fold as japanese paper fan (dats flip flap) then swirl it round to make a ball, flatten the ball slightly.
roll into paratha n roast on tava when on both sides brown spots seen apply ghee mixed wid oil and brown it up, use 2 skillets to open up de flakes....
