1/4 cup Semolina 1/4 cup Dosa Mixture (or soaked and grinded Urad daal/Black Lentils and a teaspoon of Fenugreek seeds) Salt (as required) Little Lemon juice 1/2 tsp Green Chillies (pounded) 1/2 tsp Eno Fruit Salt Toppings: Tomatoes Onions Green Chillies Capsicum Cheddar Cheese (grated)
Directions
Uttappum: Mix all except eno with 1/4 cup water, keep a medium sized nonstick pan on flame and put a tsp of oil. Add eno and stir well, pour 2 serving spoon and spread evenly keep low flame put toppings on top if u want. let it brown up and toss on the other side and cook just to make it little done. If using cheese sprinkle as you remove. Make sure you put topping side up on platter. Serve with sambhar. Toppings: Chop veggies finely
