First of all make the custard by adding custard powder and sugar with milk.
Heat a kadai and add water, salt ,sugar and ghee into it.
When it starts boiling then add 1 cup of prepared curdled and semolina into it.
Continuously stirring it to form a dough.
Then switch off the flame and after cooling down knead gently with your hand and form kakera shape with your hand.
Then dip fry them in oil. Your. Custard kakeras are now ready to serve. You can store them in an airtight container for 2 days.
