मैदे में नमक व तेल डालकर पानी से आटा गूथ ले
।छोटी छोटी लोई बनाकर रोटी बनाले रोटी को आधा कट कर ले व समोसे का शेप दे।
For filling:Heat oil add onion,ginger chilli paste fry for 2 min add all vegetable
cook for some time add all the masala and lime juice ,suger and coriander leaves.
Folding:Cut the rotors into 2 parts and fold the rotors in triangle shape add some filling into it and close the shape of samosa by applying some water .
Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
Serve with khajoor imli chutney or green chutney.
