  • Chicken Sausages 6/8 pieces

  • Mushrooms 100 grms

  • Spring Onions 3-4

  • 1/2  Cup Beans

  • 2/3 Capsicum (Green, Red, Yellow)

  • 2 Carrots

  • 1/2 cabbage

  • Manchurian Masala 2 table spoon

  • Salt to taste 1 spoon

  • Oil 3 table spoon

  • Schezwan sauces 2 spoon


  • Method to Prepare.
  • First chopped all the vegetables finely and keep aside. Then cut the chicken sausages in a round shape or as per your choice shape, and also Mushroom. Cut the onions in small pieces and green chilly.
  • Lit the stove and keep the pan to heat then add oil as per your requirements check if the oil is hot enough then add Onions, Green chilly, Chicken Sausage, Mushroom and fry them until it turns light golden brown. when you see it's changing the color add all the vegetables one by one and stir fry all then add 1 pinch of salt and Manchurian masala mix all together well then just add a 1/2 cup of water as it gets dry when adding Manchurian masala again mix all together then put the lead on it and let it cooked for 15 min. check if the water is all dried up . if its all dried then close the stove.
  • Serve on the plate with some Schezwan sauces.
