Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Chicken (cut normal pcs) 1 sprig

  • Mora Marcha (Big Green Chillies wich r not hot) 5-6 nos

  • Dried Red Chillies 3 nos

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • Chilli powder 1/2 tsp

  • Achaar masala 1 tbsp

  • Corriander seeds 1/2 tsp

  • Fennel seeds 1/4 tsp

  • kasuri methi 1 tsp

  • Black Peppercorns 1 tsp

  • Cloves 2 nos

  • Garlic (pounded coarsely) 1 tbsp

  • Dahi (Yogurt) 1 cups

  • Tomato Puree (optional) 2 tbsp

  • Onions (chopped) 2 nos

Directions

    Dry grind corriander seeds, kasuri methi, fennel seeds n red chillies....

  • 02

    Marinate chicken pcs in half yogurt, half dry ground spices, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt let it marinate for 3-4 hrs....

    Slit the big green chillies n stuff with ground spices and little salt....

  • 04

    In a broad wok braise onions in oil till brown color, add blackpepper corns, cloves and garlic mix well then add tomato puree, remaining yogurt n remaining masala.....

  • 05

    add chicken pcs with 2 cups of water let it cook till done, if there’s water dry it up on high flame then lower the flame and add stuffed chillies and let it simmer.
