Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Flour 1 cup

  • Malai 1.5 cup

  • Milk 1 cup

  • Water 1 cup

  • Sugar 1/2 cup or to taste

  • Dry nuts 1/3 cup

Directions

    Heat a thik pot add malai and atta

  • 02

    Stir well

  • 03

    Stir continues once flour become golden brown

  • 04

    Add  milk -water mixture  and sugar

  • 05

    Stir continue

  • 06

    Once it dry, off flame and cover it for 5 minutes

    Malai oil seen on Halwa

  • 08

    Pour dry nuts

  • 09

    Serve hot
