Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups for stuffing:moong dal socked


  • 2 nos green chilli chopped


  • 1 sprig coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp red chilli pwd


  • 1 tsp amchur pwd


  • 1 tsp chat masala


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1 tsp saunf


  • 1 cups for paratha: maida


  • 1 pinch ajwain


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 1 tbsp green chutney (dhaniya chatnay)

Directions

  • First kneed the daugh with maida ,ajwain,oil ,salt and water or milk as you required .
  • Boil the moong dal kacchi pakki
  • Add coriander leaves chopped,green chilli ,salt, red chilli pwd ,amchur pwd saunf .
  • Mix well .
  • Take two ball of daugh
  • Make 2 small roti
  • Put moong dal mixture on one roti
  • Cover with another roti
  • Heat tava
  • Roast the paratha both side
  • Spread ghee both side
  • The paratha is ready
  • Serve hot with green chutney ,sauce or curd.
