Ingredients

  • For stuffing:moong dal socked 1 cups

  • green chilli chopped 2 nos

  • Coriander leaves 1 sprig

  • red chilli pwd 1 tsp

  • amchur pwd 1 tsp

  • chat masala 1 tsp

  • Salt to taste 1 tsp

  • saunf 1 tsp

  • For paratha: Maida 1 cups

  • ajwain 1 pinch

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • oil 1 tsp

  • Green chutney (dhaniya chatnay) 1 tbsp

Directions

    First kneed the daugh with maida ,ajwain,oil ,salt and water or milk as you required .

    Boil the moong dal kacchi pakki

  • 03

    Add coriander leaves chopped,green chilli ,salt, red chilli pwd ,amchur pwd saunf .

    Mix well .

    Take two ball of daugh

  • 06

    Make 2 small roti

  • 07

    Put moong dal mixture on one roti

  • 08

    Cover with another roti

  • 09

    Heat tava

  • 10

    Roast the paratha both side

  • 11

    Spread ghee both side

  • 12

    The paratha is ready

  • 13

    Serve hot with green chutney ,sauce or curd.
