Ingredients

  • 6-8 nos green leaf garlic


  • 4 nos baby brinjal (baigan)


  • 1/4 cups kidney beans (green)


  • 1/4 cups lima beans (vaal phhalli)


  • 5 nos small potatoes


  • 1 nos sweet potato


  • 1/2 nos yam (kand)


  • 2-3 nos maize (cut in small pcs)


  • 2 nos raw bananas


  • 1 tbsp sugar


  • 1 nos imli (tamarind)


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 5 tbsp coconut grated


  • 4 nos green chillies


  • 1 pinch asafoetida


  • 1 pinch turmeric powder


  • 8-10 nos coriander leaves (chopped)


  • 1/2 nos ginger (pounded)


  • 1 tsp ajwain (carrom seeds)


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1/2 tsp sabzi masala


  • 1/2 tsp soda bicarbonate


  • 1 cups for muthiyia:gram flour (besan)


  • 1 cups wheat flour (ghevu ka aata)


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 1 cups fenugreek leaves (methi)


  • 1 piece ginger (pounded)


  • 2 nos green chilies (pounded)


  • 1/4 cups corriander leaves


  • 1/2 tsp cummin powder


  • 1/4 tsp soda bicarbonate


  • 1 tsp sugar


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1/4 tsp carrom seeds

Directions

  • cut tops of brinjals n slit in 4 kip aside, poke yam n potatoes pcs wid fork o slit wid knife kip aside
  • put coconut in a bowl add pounded ginger, chillies, peanuts n garlic add sugar lil salt corriander leaves carrom seeds, lemon juice, sabzi masala n cummin powder mix well n fill in brinjals.
  • mek vaghar of carrom seeds soda bicarbonate n asafoetida til nice aroma arises.
  • add yams, corn pcs n potatoes wid water n lftova coconut mixture den cook til hlf done
  • add de rest wid moothiyas (dumplings) n cook more til nice gravy n ol cooked
  • do not stir jus toss slightly..
  • can use pressure cooker too.
  • garnish wid chopped corriander leaves...
  • For Muthiyia:bind de above wid water n mek muthhiya shapes den deep fry in oil til golden brown.
