Heat ghee in a pan and roast carrots
Saute for 5 minutes. Add milk and mix well
Cook for 5 minutes or until carrots are soft
Add sugar and mix well
Add milk powder and mix well until lump free
Add cardamom powder and mix well
Cook until mixture starts leaving sides of the pan
Transfer mixture into prepared greased dish
Level evenly into a block
Garnish top with chopped nuts and rest aside until completely set
Slice and serve. Store in airtight container upto 3 days
