in a large bowl add Maida half teaspoon sugar baking powder and mix well
now add ghee and mix until it is crumbley
add curd and mix well
add water as required to form a dough without kneading ,cover with the moist cloth and rest aside for 15 minutes
slightly knead the dough make rough lemon sized balls
Make dent at the centre with thumb
meanwhile prepare sugar syrup. dissolve sugar in 1/2 cup water
Add saffron and mix well. Cook until 1 string consistency is achieved
Switch off. Add cardamom and mix well
Deep fry over low medium heat until golden brown and crispy
Immediately drop badushas in prepared sugar syrup
Let it soak for 5-10 minutes
Garnish top with chopped cashews and serve
