  • 2cups all purpose flour

  • 1tsp salt

  • 1tsp carrom seeds

  • 1tsp kasoori methi

  • 2tbsp oil for dough

  • 1/2cup water

  • 2-3cups of oil for frying

    take flour in a vessel add oil in it mix well

  • 02

    add salt carrom seeds and kasuri methi in it mix well

  • 03

    add water and knead a not so soft dough

  • 04

    take a ball of dough roll it

  • 05

    cut with the help of knife in a diamond shape or in any desired shape

  • 06

    deep fry prepared nimki in hot oil on low flame to golden and crisp
