  • rice flour 1cup

  • white butter 4tbsp

  • ginger garlic paste 1tbsp

  • green chilli paste 1/2tbsp or as per taste

  • salt 1/2-1 tsp

  • sesame seeds 1/2tsp

  • carrom seeds 1/2tsp

  • water 1/2cup or as needed

  • oil for frying /2cups


  • take rice flour in a vessel add butter and mix well with hands
  • add ginger garlic paste,green chilli paste mix well
  • add salt ,sesame seeds,carrom seeds mix well
  • add water knead a soft dough leave for 5minutes
  • make small portions of prepared dough put in chakoli/chakali maker
  • prepare chakoli with the help of chakoli maker
  • deep fry in hot oil on medium flame to a golden crisp texture
  • let it cools down completly ,fill it in airtight container
